The Problem

In today’s cybersecurity landscape, security teams must vigilantly monitor IT/OT configurations. However, these teams may not possess in-depth technicala

Parents, especially during the critical first 1,000 days of their child’s life, often struggle to find trusted, qualified perinatal professionals who fit their specific needs. The process is fragmented, requiring them to search across multiple platforms, leading to stress and uncertainty regarding the quality, peronal fit, or trustworthiness of the support they get on their own.

A few figures: 1 in 5 mothers suffer from postpartum depression, 1 in 3 breastfeeding mothers need the support of a specialist to be able to breastfeed, 1 out of 4 babies suffer heavy sleep issues during their first year.

On the other hand, perinatal professionals face challenges in managing their practice efficiently. They require flexible scheduling, support for multiple locations (home visits, clinics, online consultations), and tools to enhance their visibility. Many existing solutions are generic and do not cater to the unique needs of this ecosystem.

knowledge of all equipment within the company. Meanwhile, operational teams often implement daily changes without fully assessing security risks. To address this, we provide template checklists to verify the hardening settings, and we monitor operational changes in real time to ensure they do not compromise the company’s security posture.

The Solution

Parency solves this problem by providing a centralized platform where parents can easily connect with qualified perinatal professionals and book consultations tailored to their needs—whether at home, online, or in a clinic.

For professionals, Parency offers a specialized business management tool, allowing them to manage appointments, schedules, and multiple work locations seamlessly. The platform also supports group structures, making it ideal for clinics or collaborative practices.

By combining accessibility for parents with efficient practice management for professionals, Parency creates a trusted, all-in-one solution for perinatal care.

Market Opportunity

France counts 2M parents of kids below 3 year olds. France also counts about 100k professionals in this sector, and more than 5000 private and public structures dedicated to supporting parents.
Parency being a very scalable kind of business, the objective is to go beyond France alone (Parency already references a few practitioners in French Canada, Switzerland, Luxemburg..)

Competition Overview

Parency is the first platform of its kind on the French market. Other ways to support parents have been developped, for example May Santé App, that allows parents to chat with a perinatal specialist from their team. Other generalist healthcare appointment booking services exist such as Doctolib, but no competitor has fully addressed the need of parents for physical appointments tailored to their need, while supporting the perinatal specialists ecosystem.

2025 Key Milestones

2025 is the year for Scaling at Parency. Parency will reach +10K new MRR and make 100k MRR by End of Q1 2026.

End of Q1 (current picture): 3k MRR. 80 professionals, and 3 “”perinatal structures”” with 10+ professionals each. 700 appointments/ month.
Q2: 14k MRR. 225 professionals, 18 structures. 4000 appointments / month
Q3: 37k MRR. 460 professionals, 60 structures. 10000 appontments / month
Q4: 63k MRR. 700 professionals, 100 structures. 20000 appointments / month”

Exit Strategy

Exit strategy consists in seeking acquisition in a 5 years period. 3 types of ecosystem players are to be targeted:
1. Generalist healthcare booking platforms (Doctolib, Maiia, Qare, etc) seeking to differentiate from the competition by expanding into new niche communities such as future and young parents, that Parency will have by then concentrated.
2. Future and young parents community Media such as Reworld Media, La Boîte Rose, willing to reach more users by proposing new tools and engaging functionnalities.
3. Parent support indirect competitors such as Malo, May Santé App, willing to expand their level of services to parents.

Revenue Model

Professionals subscription to the platform.
Include multiple monthly memberships ranging from 30 euros to 500 euros, depending on the number of functionnalities, and the size of the practice being referenced (individual professional or multiple professionals working at the same structure)”

Team Story

Khalil Yaker is a former Healthcare finance professional, that imagined Parency after having a baby in 2020 and going through challenges regarding infant sleep and breastfeeding. The experience lived by Khalil was the same that was concluded by the State a few months later regarding the poor level of parents support in France in the first 1000 days report: https://sante.gouv.fr/IMG/pdf/rapport-1000-premiers-jours.pdf

Khalil resigned from his job with the idea of Parency, and enrolled in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Master’s degree at ESCP, one of the top Business schools in France, where he met Ghina Hneini, who had freshly left the Management consulting industry, with the intention of building a Social Impact and Women support-oriented business.
Both matched on the will to disrupt the support of families, and women health, and with Ghina’s customer first approach, quality standards, and Khalil’s financial background and parental path, they were able to build a first MVP, that started the whole Parency story.

5,000 parent appointments later, Parency is only starting its journey to disrupt how future and young parents are supported worldwide.
